Royal Field is a private equity company that focuses on acquiring, managing and renovating real estate in areas in transition, such as Harlem. It currently owns several buildings in Harlem, all of which are leased as expected, and investors in each of the portfolio companies have received regular distributions.

 Mr. Bisgaard, Jr. founded Royal Field in April of 2002. Since that time he has acted as Royal Field's President. From October 2001 until March 2004, Mr. Bisgaard worked as an associate at the law firm of White & Case LLP where he worked in the Project Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions groups. While at White & Case, he worked on transactions totaling more than $1 billion. Mr. Bisgaard earned a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University.
 Mr. Bisgaard, Sr. is a co-owner of Royal Field. He has been actively involved in the strategic decisions made by the company. In 1980 he was one of six partners that created Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith LLP (formerly Lewis, D'Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard LLP), which has grown to 500+ attorneys, one of the largest 100 law firms in the country. The senior Mr. Bisgaard earned a Juris Doctor in 1972 from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in 1969 from USC.
 Mr. Andrew R. Horowitz joined Royal Field as an analyst in January of 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in May 2005. As an undergraduate, Mr. Horowitz studied Real Estate and Urban Development through the A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture, as well as Real Estate Finance through the Ross School of Business.
